This project consists of surveying, construction plans and construction administration for improvements to the high school track and ball fields , located south and west of the intersection of Old Quass and North Alburnett roads in Alburnett, Iowa.

MMS provided topographic and boundary surveys as well as engineering and site design services that included site layout and dimensions, track layout, grading and erosion control planning. We also developed a site utility plan and prepared the required storm water management report, obtained NPDES and erosion control permits.
Once all plans were approved and permits in place, MMS handled construction administration, including all necessary meetings, punch list preparation and site inspections.
MMS provided topographic surveying, site design, landscape architecture, and construction staking.  Integrating the new facilities into the existing public works site, MMS staff took advantage of an existing pond to meet storm water regulations.
