MMS was chosen to provide site planning and  design services as well as Phase 2 construction  administration services for the 2015 Anamosa Middle School ballfield improvements. This  involved project oversight, meeting with contrac-tors as needed, answering contractor questions about the plan, reviewing change orders and pay requests, and developing the constractor’s punch list and instructions.
