This subdivision on the western edge of Iowa City contains 171 single-family lots just north of Rohret Road. The 82 acres included wetland and was located next to established residential neighborhoods.

MMS Consultants, Inc. provided a full range of land development services, from surveying to engineering design. Scope of services included grading and erosion control plans, sanitary sewer and water main plans, street paving plans and traffic control.

We also provided stormwater management plans, plus, wetland mitigation plans and assisted with related DNR permitting.

In addition, MMS’ personnel facilitated good neighbor meetings with nearby residents and assisted with the city approval process.
