MMS has enjoyed a longtime business relationship with Hy-Vee. We've been involved with the construction and/or renovation of four Hy-Vee stores in the greater Iowa City area as well as stores in Fairfield, Waterloo and Cedar Rapids.

The Crosspark store is located on W. Forevergreen Road and Hwy 965 in the Coral Ridge Commerce Park. This site is, notably, on the border between Coralville and North Liberty and part of Coralville's West Land Use Master Plan. Hy-Vee purchased the site in 2010 and originally planned a 85,000 square foot store. After a pause in development, site preparation and construction  executing a revised plan for what is a 65,000 square foot main store with an adjacent gas station/convenience store.

MMS provided engineering design services, the site plan, stormwater pollution prevention planning, site grading, drainage plans and final utility plans.
