Park Place is a 265+ acre, mixed-use development project underway in Tiffin, IA  located northwest of the I-80 / I-380 interchange. The project is being developed by private developers in partnership with the City of Tiffin, offering single family neighborhoods, apartments, event spaces, restaurants,  hotels, retail & office space.

In its native state, the property had limited agricultural value due to its extremely hilly nature and wetland features. MMS is providing survey services, site planning, site design, construction coordination and construction staking. When completed, Park Place will serve, in many ways, as a new town center for Tiffin, offering the community a networked, walkable trail system and attractions that make it a popular regional destination.
