In 2011, Rochester Ridge LLC commissioned the residential subdivision Rochester Ridge on the east side of Iowa City.
Rochester Ridge was developed in four parts, all of which are completed.
MMS designed the street plans, storm and sanitary sewer plans, stormwater detention basin, as well as water main plans.
