Windsor West Subdivison is located north of American Legion Road in Iowa City. It was developed by Arlington Development and includes 96 lots in three phases.

MMS designed the lot layout, sanitary and storm sewers, water main and stormwater management basins for the project. The design required almost 4,000 linear feet of pipeline. Also, the design includes a walking trail that connects with the Iowa City trail system. The trail passes two ponds in a lovely greenspace, with water features in each.
