Since ground was broken in 2007, Woodfield Ridge has become one of the fastest growing residential subdivisions in Iowa. The development is located on the north side of town and has been constructed by Woodfield Ridge LLC and Mike Roberts Construction.

Parts 1, 2 and 3 contain 13 multifamily homes and more than 70 lots. Part 4 contributed 30 more lots on 12.63 acres in 2012. The projected population for this addition is about 105 people.

MMS was selected to design the final plat construction documents for the addition, which included pavement, storm sewer and water main plans, and other related amenities.

MMS continues our work on the development as it meets the new Park Place project to the northeast.
