MMS Announces New Quality Control Initiative

Jul 12, 2018

MMS changes continue with the return of Steve Noack, P.E.

Steve Noack, P.E.MMS is pleased to announce that, after a brief sabbatical, Steve Noack, P.E. has returned to the team. Steve has nearly 30 years of experience as an engineer developing, managing and designing water, sewer and transportation projects for communities in Iowa and Michigan.  He first joined MMS in 2010 and worked until early this year as a project manager. After a brief stint away, he returned in June to head up the establishment of a formal QA/QC System at MMS.

Steve is anxious to combine his experience in business administration with ample experience on a variety of civil projects to initially add a final review step to the overall planning process. He will use this added step to gather detail the team can use to institute quality assurance processes throughout project development.
