Coral North is a large-scale commercial development located north of Interstate 80 and east of Coral Ridge Avenue. Coral North was developed after Coral Ridge Mall, located just to the south, and helped turn the area into a thriving retail center for the entire county.
MMS Consultants, Inc. provided multiple services for development. MMS provided civil engineering design, site surveying, construction staking and construction assistance for all but one of the commercial lots.
Major retailers on the site are Gordmans, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Petco, Shoe Carnival, T.J. Maxx, Men’s Wearhouse and Sally Beauty Supply. Chain restaurants include Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s and Quinton’s.
Other lots are filled with an assortment of locally owned commercial business: dental, optical and bank services, salons, BioLife Plasma Services, a restaurant, golf retailer and more.
