Corda Credit Union opened its first branch outside of Linn County in September 2025 on Hayes Lane in North Liberty. Formerly known as Linn Area Credit Union, Corda changed its name in 2024 to expand its reach throughout Eastern Iowa. The credit union covers 22 counties and 26,000 members across Cedar Rapids, Marion, and North Liberty.

MMS Consultants was an integral part of the design process for Corda’s new location. MMS designed the site, including parking, utilities, landscape design, and construction staking, as well as the overall Solomons Entertainment District development.
