Dutch Country Table is a locally owned and operated restaurant and coffee shop focused on warm hospitality in Kalona, Iowa. MMS Consultants helped work through various design challenges to optimize public interaction and accessibility of the site. MMS provided site plan engineering, grading, utility connection design, and construction staking.
During the project, MMS had to help navigate challenges with the existing site, helping to tie into existing pavement at various points. MMS also helped to make the site safe and accessible given several design constraints. We were able to optimize the design and engineering to ensure the possibility of future expansion of parking.
